Demographics
This village which is situated to the South-West of Sathya Sai Grama is at a distance of 2 kilometres in a squirrel track road. Though the village is situated amidst the enchanting beauty of the surrounding hills, the village is far from civilizations. Only in the past ten years the young students are picking up and are trying to come out of the vertex of human follies like addiction to intoxicants, to much consumption of tobacco. The village is inhabited by 600 members in 100 houses. This is the most backward village both in culture and education.
Activities
GANGAMMA IDOL
An idol of Godess Gangamma (Local Deity) was donated by COSS for the existing Gangamma temple. The cost of the idol was Rupees 15,000/-.
MAHESHWARI TEMPLE
The village people requested for the rehabilitation of the Goddess Maheshwari Temple. Members of the COSS responded to the request and rehabilitated the temple spending a sum of Rupees 1.25 Lakhs in the year 2005-06.
